What is Active dry salt therapy (halotherapy)

Halotherapy is active dry salt therapy where pharmaceutical grade salt is ground into fine particles and infused into the air. Salt is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. Breathing fine particles of salt released from a halogenerator reduces inflammation and contributes to respiratory and skin wellness. Additionally, sitting in the glow of a Himalayan salt wall has a calming effect.

Robes are provided to cover your clothes.
Blankets are provided to keep you warm.
Drawers are available by each seat for your belongings.
You can wear your shoes in the room.
