What is Active dry salt therapy (halotherapy)?
Halotherapy is active dry salt therapy where pharmaceutical grade salt (99.99% pure sodium chloride) is ground into fine particles and infused into the air. Salt has absorbent, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. Breathing fine particles of salt released from a halogenerator and having those particles fall on your skin can contribute to respiratory and skin wellness. Additionally, sitting in the glow of a Himalayan salt wall may have a calming effect.
What is The recovery barre?
The Recovery Barre is an uplifting recovery meeting + all-levels fitness class—open to anyone seeking, living in, or supporting sobriety. At HSB Crossbuck LLC, we provide a Complimentary Salt Therapy session during the meeting!

Robes are provided to cover your clothes.
Blankets are provided to keep you warm.
Drawers are available by each seat for your belongings.
You can wear your shoes in the room.
Mats are provided for The Recovery Barre.
