What is Active dry salt therapy (halotherapy)?
Halotherapy is active dry salt therapy where pharmaceutical grade salt (99.99% pure sodium chloride) is ground into fine particles and infused into the air. Salt has absorbent, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. Breathing fine particles of salt released from a halogenerator and having those particles fall on your skin can contribute to respiratory and skin wellness. Additionally, sitting in the glow of a Himalayan salt wall may have a calming effect.
What is The Halo Sculpt barre?
A 50-minute dance, yoga, and Pilates-inspired workout that blends strength and sculpting using bands, blocks, and/or weights at the ballet barre, followed by a rejuvenating 40-minute salt therapy session.
What is The The Recovery barre?
The Recovery Barre is a free movement community that pairs an open recovery meeting with an all-levels barre & Pilates class—welcoming anyone seeking, living in, or supporting sobriety. We provide a 45-minute salt session during the recovery meeting followed by a 30-minute an intentional fitness class that brings you back in tune with your body.
What is A Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a grounding experience where participants relax while being immersed in soothing sound waves that can help calm the mind and body. We offer sound baths in our salt rooms with salt suspended in the air. Our crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and gongs, create a rich spectrum of tones and vibrations designed to promote deep relaxation and restore a sense of energetic balance.
